Beynin kendi dokusundan kaynaklanan t\u00fcm\u00f6rler genellikle k\u00f6t\u00fc huylu olup, ameliyatlar\u0131ndan sonra ek tedavilere ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Kafatas\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131p t\u00fcm\u00f6re ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra t\u00fcm bu ameliyatlar mikro teknikle yani mikroskop alt\u0131nda ve mikro aletlerle yap\u0131l\u0131r. Yeni teknikler ve teknolojik olanaklar beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri ameliyatlar\u0131n\u0131 normal beyin dokusuna en az zarar vererek yapabilmeyi olanakl\u0131 k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Beyin haritalama, n\u00f6ronavigasyon, floresan mikroskop bunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/h4>\n<h2><strong>Beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn olu\u015fumu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4>T\u00fcm vucuttaki organlarda oldu\u011fu gibi beyin i\u00e7erisindeki h\u00fccrelerden t\u00fcm\u00f6r olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Normalde h\u00fccreler geli\u015fir b\u00fcy\u00fcr ve ya\u015flan\u0131r veya \u00f6l\u00fcr yerine yeni yeni h\u00fccreler yap\u0131l\u0131r. Ancak anormal durumlarda bu yap\u0131m y\u0131k\u0131m i\u015flemi farkl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmayan h\u00fccreler yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda veya yap\u0131lan h\u00fccreler zaman\u0131nda \u00f6lmedi\u011finden yap\u0131lan gereksiz fazla h\u00fccre brikimi k\u00fcmele\u015fmeye ba\u015flar\u2019 ki b\u00f6ylece o organda t\u00fcm\u00f6r denilen bir olu\u015fum ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u2019 ki bu brikime t\u00fcm\u00f6r ad\u0131 verilmektedir. Her t\u00fcm\u00f6re kanser denilemedi\u011finden beyinden olu\u015fanlara beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc ad\u0131 verilmektedir.<\/h4>\n<h2><strong>Beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc tipleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Birincil (primer) beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc<\/h4>\n<h4>a- \u0130yi huylu beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc (menengiom, schwanom, dermoid epidermoid kistler)<\/h4>\n<h4>b- K\u00f6t\u00fc huylu beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc (glial t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerden, anaplastik ve glioblastoma multiforme)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>\u0130kincil (sekonder) beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc. Metastaz denilen bu t\u00fcm\u00f6rlere vucudun di\u011fer organlardan beyine yay\u0131lan kanserlerdir.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>\u0130yi huylu beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4>Bu t\u00fcm\u00f6rler beyin zarlar\u0131ndan (menengiom) veya beyin i\u00e7erisindeki sinirlerden (schwanom), do\u011fu\u015ftan gelen kal\u0131nt\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri (dermoid, epidermoid kist) t\u00fcm\u00f6rler olup bu t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin cerrahi tedavi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 m\u00fckemmeldir.<\/h4>\n<h2><strong>K\u00f6t\u00fc huylu beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4>Anormal veya h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen beyin t\u00f6m\u00fcrleri olup h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beyin h\u00fccrelerinin i\u00e7erisine yay\u0131l\u0131rlar. Bu t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin tedavi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn yerle\u015fimine, geni\u015fli\u011fine, beraberindeki risk fakt\u00f6rlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte ya\u015fam s\u00fcresi uzat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/h4>\n<h2><strong>Ba\u015fka bir organda olu\u015fan kanserin beyine s\u0131\u00e7ramas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4>Bu t\u00fcr beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerine metastatik beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc ad\u0131 verilip, v\u00fccudun di\u011fer organlar\u0131ndaki (akci\u011fer,meme,prostat,mide ve ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar) kanserli doku beyine sirayet edebilmektedir. T\u00fcm kanserlerin %25 beyine metastaz yapmaktad\u0131r.<\/h4>\n<h2><strong>Beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc neden olur? Kimlerde daha \u00e7ok g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4>Genellikle beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin neden oldu\u011fu bilinmemekle birlikte baz\u0131 beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin (Von \u2013 Hippel Lindau) kal\u0131tsal (genetik) ge\u00e7i\u015fli oldu\u011fu iyi bilinmektedir. Ancak beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin olu\u015fumunda baz\u0131 haz\u0131rlay\u0131c\u0131 risk fakt\u00f6rleri vard\u0131r: Risk fakt\u00f6rleri ; Cinsiyet: Beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri erkeklerde daha \u00e7ok g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir ancak menengiomlar kad\u0131nlarda daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Irk: T\u00fcm beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri beyaz \u0131rkta daha fazla g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Ya\u015f: 70 ya\u015f\u0131n \u00fczerindeki ki\u015filerde beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin g\u00f6r\u00fclme oran\u0131 daha fazla olup, \u00e7ocukluk ya\u015f\u0131nda ise 10 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131ndakilerde beyincikte beyincik t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Aile \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc: Ailesinde beyin gliomas\u0131 olan bireylerde beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc olma ihtimali daha fazlad\u0131r. Bu test y\u00f6ntemleri ile beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc yerle\u015fimi, cinsi, hakk\u0131nda ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hakk\u0131nda \u00e7abuk ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede bilgi al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Biopsi : Baz\u0131 beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin te\u015fhisinde beyin biopsisine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulur.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinde tedavi se\u00e7enekleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4>Beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn tipine, yerle\u015fimine, b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte tedavi se\u00e7enekleri aras\u0131nda cerrahi, radyoterapi, kemotrapi gibi 3 farkl\u0131 y\u00f6ntem uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/h4>\n<h2><strong>Hangi beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinde cerrahi giri\u015fim yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4>Genel bir kural olarak t\u00fcm iyi huylu t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerde t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn yerle\u015fimine g\u00f6re cerrahi giri\u015fim alt\u0131n standart bir y\u00f6ntemdir. Ancak t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn cinsine g\u00f6re habis olanlarda cerrahi tedavi sonras\u0131 radyoterapi ve kemoterapi ameliyat sonras\u0131 uygulanan ilave tedavi y\u00f6ntemleridir.<\/h4>\n<h2><strong>Beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc ameliyatlar\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131 oran\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4>Genel bir kural olarak iyi huylu beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri cerrahi ekibin tecr\u00fcbesi uygun olarak t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc tamam\u0131 al\u0131nabilen hastalarda sonu\u00e7lar m\u00fckemmeldir ve ba\u015fka bir tedavi se\u00e7ene\u011fine gerek yoktur. Ancak k\u00f6t\u00fc huylu beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinde t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn tamam\u0131 ameliyatla temizlenemezse ameliyat sonras\u0131 radyoterapi ve kemoterapi uygulan\u0131r. Bu grup t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerde her 3 tadavideki amac ya\u015fam s\u00fcresini uzatmakt\u0131r.<\/h4>\n<h2><strong>Beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinde radyasyon tedavisi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4>Radyotrapi t\u00fcm beyne yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi baz\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerde t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn cinsi ve yerine g\u00f6re sterotaksik radyoterapi gibi y\u00f6ntemlerle y\u00fcksek enerjili \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar (x \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131, gamma \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131, proton) uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Radyoterapi ameliyattan sonra genellikle 1.ayda yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu tedavinin amac\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00f6r h\u00fccrelerini \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek veya b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini bask\u0131l\u0131yabilmek i\u00e7in uygulanmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7ok nadiren t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn yerle\u015fimine g\u00f6re ameliyat edilemeyen hastalara \u0131\u015f\u0131n tedavisi uygulanabilir. Radyoterapinin uygulama \u015femas\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn tipine, \u00e7ap\u0131na ve hastan\u0131n ya\u015f\u0131na, n\u00f6rolojik bulgulara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir. Radyoterapiyi uygulan\u0131rken t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn etraf\u0131ndaki sa\u011flam beyin dokusunu korumak \u00f6nemlidir.<\/h4>\n<h4>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc kendine has \u00f6zel \u015fikayet ve bulgular\u0131 ile hastalar n\u00f6rolojik bran\u015flardaki hekimlere ba\u015fvurmaktad\u0131r. Bu hekimlerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131; iyi bir \u00f6yk\u00fc, n\u00f6rolojik muayene ve ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme y\u00f6ntemleri (BT, MRG) ile kolayl\u0131kla beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc te\u015fhisi h\u0131zl\u0131 ve \u00e7abuk konulmaktad\u0131r.
